Sharing the Love of Christ

At Livingwater Farm, we believe that faith is not just something we keep in our hearts—it’s something we live out through our actions. Recently, we embarked on a heartfelt mission trip, stepping beyond our daily routines to bring the love of Christ to those in need of his love and care. Through gospel tracts, prayer, and words of encouragement, we witnessed firsthand how God moves in the lives of His people in the hill community located near our farm.

Spreading the Good News

We went out to share the gospel in the hill community. Equipped with gospel tracts, we walked along places filled with altars, idols, doing walking prayers. Everybody we smile at, there seems to be a welcoming in their spirit. It was as if their heart was saying “come, and tell us more”.

As we handed them these simple yet powerful messages, we could see curiosity spark in their eyes. Some read them on the spot, while others tucked them away for later reflection. Our prayer was that each tract would serve as a seed planted in their hearts, leading them to the life-changing truth of Jesus Christ.

Praying for the Hurting

One of the most touching aspects of our mission was the opportunity to pray for people. We met individuals burdened by sickness, poverty, and hopelessness. As we listened to their struggles, we laid hands on them and lifted their needs to the Lord. Tears were shed, hands were clasped together, and voices rose in unity as we interceded for healing, provision, and peace. In those moments, we felt the undeniable presence of God working through our prayers.

Visiting the Needy

Our journey also led us to some of the poorest families in the area. We sat with them, shared in their struggles, and offered words of encouragement from the Bible. Many were deeply touched by the message of God’s love and provision.

The little baby was born pre-maturely. Her mother was the only daughter from a very poor widow in the hill community. Due to the poverty, she might have done something or forced to do something against her will.

Our team visited her while she was delivering her baby. We prayed and gave some supports for her and her family. Now the baby is over 12 months old, healthy. We prayed that the baby girl will become a great woman of God and leads her generation.

The Impact of Faith in Action

We praise God for the led – journey to the ones who needed to be met. By the end of our trip, we were reminded that the gospel is not just about words—it’s about action. It’s about stepping out in faith, meeting people where they are, and showing them the love of Christ through our kindness and presence. Though we left with tired feet, our hearts were overflowing with joy. We knew that God had used us to make a difference, and we trust that He will continue to water the seeds we planted.

Glory to our God. we pray that our journey inspires others to take part in the Great Commission. Whether through sharing a simple gospel tract, praying for a neighbor, or visiting someone in need, every act of faith counts. May we all continue to be vessels of God’s love, spreading His light wherever we go.
