As we have been praying about expanding our Farming God’s Way initiative and moving toward greater independence in agriculture, the Lord, in His glory and faithfulness, has graciously provided us with an incredible piece of land (we now call it Promised Land). This land, previously under the stewardship of the Cambodian Christian Arts ministry, has now been generously entrusted to us for the advancement of His Kingdom work.
From the capital city Phnom Penh, the promised land is located about 90 km up north, while the Living Water Farm is about 70 km north east. The travelling time can take up to 2 hours from PP to either the Promised Land or Living Water Farm.
The whole property is totally about 2 hectares which is about 5 acres. It is located in the city of Kompong Chnnang province. Here is the map – link, https://maps.app.goo.gl/MFNsbGCZFfdajhtX6. Here is Living Water Farm Location: https://maps.app.goo.gl/3hcfGvTfsqvwoSAK9

The land is approximately 5 acres in size and is enclosed by a nearly 2-meter-high concrete wall. It is well-shaded by many large trees, creating a peaceful and resource-rich environment. From the moment we stepped onto the land, we sensed that it holds great potential, a clear provision from the Lord.
Although this area was once used for farming, it is no longer considered traditional farmland. Unlike Living Water Farm, which is surrounded by local villagers, this land is in a more developed setting—surrounded by walls, businesses, schools, a Bible school, and churches. This presents unique opportunities to serve, demonstrate, and build partnerships with the surrounding community.
One possibility we are considering is to allocate 30% of the land for rental to Christian ministries, while reserving the remaining 70% for agricultural purposes—such as Farming God’s Way and other income-generating projects to keep our ministries sustainable, and to support other church planting mission on the purpose of bringing Jesus to the highest glory. From a business perspective, we believe that if members of our team with a heart for ministry and a vision for enterprise visit the site, they will likely identify even more opportunities for Kingdom impact.
We are currently in need of $13,000 USD to complete the full process of securing the land. So far, we have already paid approximately $3,000 USD to a lawyer to handle the legal paperwork required for transferring ownership into the names of our trusted board members.
At this stage, we are waiting for the paperwork to be finalized. Once completed, we will proceed to pay the government-required tax through the Tax Department. Pastor Sophea has advised that around $5,000 USD should be allocated for this land transfer tax. The other $5,000 USD will be used for the land preparation and briging over some fruit trees to invest.
"We’re grateful for your support—please continue to pray for strength and perseverance in our journey."
